Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Planning Consultant based in Greece to assist with the assessment of a vacant site for potential development into a wellbeing centre with associated facilities. The consultant will provide expert advice on local planning regulations, zoning requirements, and development feasibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site assessments and advise on planning constraints and opportunities.
• Review local planning policies and regulatory frameworks relevant to the proposed development.
• Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders as required.
• Prepare preliminary reports and recommendations to support project decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in planning consultancy within Greece.
• Strong knowledge of Greek planning laws and development processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work discreetly on a confidential project.
